EMPLOYEE REFERRAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM

1.2 SEEKING SYSTEMS ENGINEER - II FOR OPEN POSITIONS AT A SALARY OF $86,861.00 PER YEAR
A $500 incentive will be paid for a full-time Systems Engineer-II referral who is ultimately hired by the company.
Applicants already credited to some other source (advertising, employment agency or their own initiative) are not eligible for referrals.
Credit will be given based on the name received in writing from the referring person.
To be eligible as a referral, an applicant must not have been employed by this company within the previous 12 months.
The incentive will be awarded after the new employee has completed 90 days of continuous employment.
TITLE: SYSTEMS ENGINEER - II (PLANO, TX)

DUTIES:
Assess systems, determine problems, provide solutions to issues that arise; design, upgrade, maintain systems. Review test-related work products (system test reports, training materials). Work with end-users and business analysts to properly define requirements for a given request. Collaborate with engineers, developers to select appropriate design solutions. Ensure the compatibility of system components. Provide backup capabilities for application configuration.
REQUIREMENT: Master’s Degree in CS, IT, Tech, CIS, Engg (Any) Or Related Field
DURATION
Permanent position, Full Time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.
